Purchase and Refund policy
Rainbow Realty shall consider applications for all properties without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, family status or any other legally protected status. "WE ARE AN EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER"
I understand that this application is preliminary and involves no obligation for the owner or it's agents to approve this application and/or to deliver occupancy of the proposed premises. Should the applicant withdraw this application or fail to take the described unit by the requested occupancy date, the owher shall have the right to VOID and retain any deposit(s) held as liquidated damages.
All applications shall expire unless the applicant(s) take possession of the property within sixty (60) days of the date submitted.
By submitting an application for housing you agree to the provisions stated above. You also acknowledge the lease term of one year and agree to furnish all metered utilities. I further authorize the owner or his agent to verify and/or report, by any means available to him, the information in this application.
A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE IS CHARGED FOR CREDIT VERIFICATION ON ALL LEASE APPLICATIONS.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
